We have completed a remarkable year in our industry. Like you we are preparing for 2007, by kicking off our classes in “Identifying and Troubleshooting Compressor Failures”. We have scheduled classes in Tunica, Mississippi, Jackson/Pearl, Mississippi, and Birmingham, Alabama for February. Our March schedule has not been set. We designed this course to help the technician identify the causes of compressor failures and use that information to correct a system problem before starting a replacement compressor. In the class, we perform actual failure inspections on a number of compressors, which is something that few if any other courses do. We always hand out a critique after every class and we have never had anything but excellent comments. This course has been taught in Kentucky for College credit, Indiana, California, etc. it has been attended by representatives of such organizations as the Air-Force, Navy, Carrier, VA Hospitals, Sieman’s Building Services, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, many hospitals and contractors. For us the proof in the value of the course is the significant reduction in warranty failures for those contractors and companies whose technicians attend the course! It is a one day course, cost $185, we give each attendee a certificate and the company a $100 trade credit that can be used toward your next Hallmark compressor purchase. We provide lunch and snacks during the morning and afternoon. We look forward to seeing you. Sincerely, Terry Cohea
